"When our group arrived, they were somewhat hesitant at first since they weren't sure what to expect. After the first few exercises, it was obvious they were enjoying the training, by the laughter and shouting within and between the different groups. I heard from several people afterwards that they enjoyed working through the exercises and being forced to look at different ways to solve problems in a cooperative effort.
